LYNN Markel, esq.
Lynn is a Real Estate attorney with substantial experience in all facets of real estate transactions. She represents major institutional lenders, as well as individual purchasers and sellers of residential properties, including condominiums, cooperative apartments, single and multi-family homes in New York and New Jersey.
Whether representing first time home buyers or seasoned investors, Lynn brings attention to detail and individualized attention to each transaction. Lynn frequently lectures at brokerage firms and lending branches across Manhattan. During her time in law school, Lynn was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Race, Gender, and Ethnicity.
