Mike has specialized in real estate transactions for eight years. He has successfully represented purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of all types of homes in the New York metropolitan area. Ranging in value from under $200,000 to over $20,000,000, these properties include condominiums, cooperative apartments, and single- and multi-family homes. Mike has assisted foreign clients, purchasers of sponsor-owned properties (i.e. new and newly renovated developments), estate and entity parties, investor purchasers, seasoned real estate owners and many first-time buyers.
Mike understands that residential real estate transactions, especially for first time buyers, can be stressful. Therefore, he makes sure to guide his clients through the transactional process with a calm and clear approach. Mike serves as an advocate for his clients during every aspect of the transaction and ensures every client is satisfied whether buying or selling their home.

EVAN TEICH, Esq.
Evan is a real estate attorney based in New York City, specializing in residential purchases and sales. He has represented corporate and individual clients in various types of transactions in the New York metropolitan area including cooperatives, condominiums, and single- and multi-family homes.
He graduated Brooklyn Law School with a Certificate in Real Estate. Throughout his time in law school, he gained valuable experience advising Cooperative and Condominium Boards in New York City, drafting property tax abatement legislation, and working with buyers and sellers.
As the process can be quite stressful to many buyers and sellers, Evan prides himself on his communication and responsiveness, ensuring peace of mind and trust every step of the way.
In his spare time, Evan enjoys cooking, playing basketball and watching Premier League soccer.
