Daniel Schwarz, esq.
Dan Schwarz has specialized in real estate transactions for over ten years. He has successfully represented purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of all types of homes in the New York metropolitan area. Ranging in value from under $200,000 to over $15,000,000, these properties include condominiums, cooperative apartments, and single- and multi-family homes. He has assisted foreign clients, purchasers of sponsor-owned properties (i.e. new and newly renovated developments), estate and entity parties, inter-family lenders, investor purchasers, corporate revocations, seasoned real estate owners and many, many first-time buyers.
Whereas many attorneys thrive on conflict and exist in a professional world based upon adversarial interactions, Dan believes that his job is to calmly represent his clients, removing as much stress as possible from the process. Above all, he strives to educate his clients to make certain they understand the nature of their transaction as well as the pros and cons of each decision.
Dan spends his free time with his wife and two young sons, enjoys cooking (though he's not very good at it), eating (which he excels at), and following the New York Giants and New York Knicks (though he admits it may be better for his stress level not to).
