Marc Kaufman, ESQ.
Marc Kaufman is a co-founder at Wexler and Kaufman. Marc specializes in representing public and private lenders, as well as borrowers, in connection with commercial and residential real estate loans, loan refinancing, loan modification, construction loans and lines of credit.
Marc's experience representing lenders has given him a unique ability to effectively draft legal documents, clear abstract issues and close real estate lending transaction. Marc's experience representing lenders includes acting as escrow agent for lender payoffs.
Additionally, Marc represents buyers and sellers involved in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
