Brett Wexler, ESQ. 

Brett Wexler is a co-founding partner of Wexler & Kaufman. A seasoned lawyer, Brett offers clients a unique business perspective that is the cornerstore of WK's philosophy and success. 

Brett' experience involves all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions: financing, acquisitions, development, dispositions, leasing and workouts. He has represented buyers, sellers, investors, developers, lenders, and borrowers in a variety of transactions and advises landlords and tenants on commercial leasing transactions.

Marc Kaufman, ESQ. 

Marc Kaufman is a co-founder at Wexler and Kaufman. Marc specializes in representing public and private lenders, as well as borrowers, in connection with commercial and residential real estate loans, loan refinancing, loan modification, construction loans and lines of credit.

Marc's experience representing lenders has given him a unique ability to effectively draft legal documents, clear abstract issues and close real estate lending transactions. Marc's experience representing lenders includes acting as escrow agent for lender payoffs.

Additionally, Marc represents buyers and sellers involved in commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Russel Weinrib, Esq. 

Russel Weinrib is a preeminent real estate attorney representing clients on residential and commercial transactions. Jacqueline Newmark

Jacqueline Newmark is a real estate attorney and a partner at Wexler & Kaufman, PLLC. Having practiced transactional real estate law since 2001, Jacqueline understands the various real estate issues unique to the New York market.

She represents purchasers, sellers, investors, lenders, Coops and developers in residential real estate.

Jacqueline’s approach is collaborative with the various necessary professionals of Real Estate, i.e., mortgage brokers, inspectors, realtors, appraisers, and title companies. She understands the importance of timely communication with her clients and the team as a whole in such a competitive market.

When Jacquleine is not practicing law, she loves nothing more than to spend time with her two daughters.
